What Counts as a "Case"?
A case is counted when a client completes the intake process and submits their case for your review. Cases that are abandoned or deleted before submission do not count toward your limit.
Approaching Your Limit
You'll receive a notification when you reach 80% of your monthly case limit. This gives you time to:
- Upgrade your plan for more cases
- Wait for the next billing cycle
- Contact us about adding case packs
Changing Plans
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Subscription page in your account. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
