Your Firm Profile

Customize how your firm appears to clients on your branded portal.

Accessing Profile Settings

1. Log in to your DriversConfidence account
2. Navigate to Settings from the main menu
3. You'll see sections for Profile, Branding, and Data Retention

Profile Information

Update your basic profile information:

• Firm Name - Displayed on your client portal and in emails
• Your Name - Your name as the primary attorney
• Email - Contact email for notifications and support
• Phone - Optional contact number
• Bar Number - Your California bar number

Uploading Your Logo

Your logo appears on:

• Your client portal landing page
• The navigation bar when clients are logged in
• Client invitation emails

Logo Requirements:

• Recommended size: 200x60 pixels or similar aspect ratio
• Formats accepted: PNG, JPG, SVG
• Maximum file size: 2MB

Your Subdomain

Your subdomain (e.g., yourfirm.driversconfidence.com) is set during registration. If you need to change it, contact support.

Microsite URL

Your complete client portal URL is shown in Settings. Share this link with clients or include it on your website and marketing materials.
