Reviewing and Approving Cases

Case Review Workflow

When a client submits their case, the AI generates a draft defense statement for your review. Here's how to process cases efficiently.

Accessing Pending Cases

  1. Go to Cases from your dashboard
  2. Filter by "Pending Review" to see cases awaiting your attention
  3. Click on a case to view details

The Case Review Screen

For each case, you'll see:

  • Client Information - Name, contact details
  • Ticket Details - Citation number, violation code, date, court
  • Client's Responses - Their answers to intake questions
  • Evidence - Uploaded photos and documents
  • Witness Information - If provided
  • AI-Generated Statement - The draft defense statement

Reviewing the Statement

The AI-generated statement is a starting point. Review it for:

  • Accuracy - Does it match the client's account?
  • Legal arguments - Are the defense strategies appropriate?
  • Tone and language - Is it professional and persuasive?

Editing the Statement

You can:

  • Edit directly - Modify any text in the statement
  • Regenerate - Ask the AI to generate a new version
  • Write from scratch - Replace the AI content with your own

Approving the Case

When you're satisfied with the statement:

  1. Click Approve Case
  2. The system generates the complete document package
  3. The client is notified that their documents are ready

Requesting More Information

If you need clarification from the client:

  1. Click Request More Info
  2. Enter your question or what additional information is needed
  3. The client receives a notification and can respond through the portal
