DriversConfidence takes security and privacy seriously. Here's how we protect your data.

Data Encryption

• In Transit - All data is encrypted using TLS/SSL
• At Rest - Sensitive data is encrypted in our database
• Files - Uploaded documents are stored securely

Access Controls

• Firm Isolation - Your data is completely separate from other firms
• Authentication - Secure login with password hashing
• Client Scoping - Clients can only see their own cases

Infrastructure

• Hosted on secure cloud infrastructure
• Regular security updates and patches
• Automated backups

Your Responsibilities

To maintain security:

• Use a strong, unique password
• Don't share your login credentials
• Log out when using shared computers
• Keep your contact email current for security notifications

Client Data

• Client information is visible only to your firm
• DriversConfidence staff access is limited and logged
• We do not sell or share client data

Data Retention

You control how long data is kept through your data retention settings. We do not retain case data beyond your configured retention period.
