Managing Your Subscription

Subscription Management

Manage your DriversConfidence subscription from your account settings.

Viewing Your Subscription

  1. Go to Subscription from the main menu
  2. You'll see your current plan, billing date, and usage

Current Usage

The subscription page shows:

  • Cases used this billing period
  • Cases remaining (for limited plans)
  • Days until next billing cycle

Upgrading Your Plan

To get more cases or features:

  1. Click Change Plan
  2. Select your new plan
  3. Confirm the change

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.

Downgrading Your Plan

To move to a lower tier:

  1. Click Change Plan
  2. Select your new plan
  3. Confirm the change

Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You'll keep your current plan features until then.

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel:

  1. Go to Subscription settings
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm your cancellation

You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. After that, you can still log in to download any existing case archives, but you won't be able to create new cases.

Reactivating

If you've canceled, you can resubscribe at any time by selecting a new plan.
