Billing & Payments
DriversConfidence uses Stripe for secure payment processing.
Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are billed monthly
- Billing occurs on the same day each month (the day you subscribed)
- You'll receive an invoice via email
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit cards
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Subscription
- Click Manage Billing
- Update your card information
Invoices and Receipts
After each payment:
- You'll receive an invoice via email
- Past invoices are available in your billing portal
- Invoices include your firm name for expense tracking
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We'll notify you via email
- We'll retry the payment a few times
- Your account may be restricted if payment isn't resolved
Prorated Charges
When you upgrade mid-cycle:
- You're charged the difference for the remaining days
- Example: Upgrading from $49 to $99 halfway through the month charges ~$25
Refunds
We generally don't offer refunds for subscription payments. If you have concerns about a charge, contact support.
