Inviting Clients to Your Portal

Client Invitations

DriversConfidence makes it easy to onboard new clients through your branded portal.

Sending an Invitation

  1. Navigate to Clients from your dashboard
  2. Click Invite Client
  3. Enter the client's name and email address
  4. Click Send Invitation

The client will receive an email with:

  • Your firm name and logo
  • A personalized invitation message
  • A unique link to register and begin their case intake

Invitation Expiration

Invitations expire after 7 days for security purposes. If a client's invitation expires:

  • You can resend a new invitation from the Clients page
  • The old link will no longer work

Tracking Invitation Status

On the Clients page, you can see:

  • Pending - Invitation sent but not yet accepted
  • Accepted - Client has registered and started intake
  • Expired - Invitation link has expired

What Clients Experience

When clients click the invitation link, they:

  1. See your branded landing page with your firm name and logo
  2. Create a password for their account
  3. Begin the guided intake process

Managing Pending Invitations

You can:

  • Resend an invitation if the client hasn't received it
  • Revoke a pending invitation if sent in error
  • View when each invitation was sent and its current status
