Document Package Contents
When you approve a case, the system generates a complete Trial by Written Declaration package.
TR-205 Form
The Request for Trial by Written Declaration, pre-filled with:
- Client's name and contact information
- Citation details (number, date, court)
- Violation code
- Request for written trial
MC-031 Declaration
The Attached Declaration containing:
- The approved defense statement
- Statement of facts
- Defense arguments
- Signature line for the client
Evidence Attachments
If the client uploaded evidence:
- Photos formatted for court submission
- Documents properly labeled
- Evidence list/index
Witness Statements
If witnesses were included:
- MC-031 forms for each witness
- Signature lines for witnesses
Filing Instructions
A detailed checklist for clients including:
- How to sign and date documents
- What to include in the mailing
- How to pay bail to the court
- Court address and contact information
- Recommendations for certified mail
Client Access
Once approved, clients can download the complete package as a PDF from their portal. They'll also receive an email notification that documents are ready.
